The waxing was really good and effective. The only thing I would say is that the room was quite dirty.

AWFUL. The male technician cut my cuticles too low. I was bleeding in two places. He pretended to completely ignore it and even when I said something he just tried to fob it off. The manicure was awful and was not the usual perfect finish of a gel manicure. 1 week later it’s all gone bad. I said at the end that I’m not ok with being cut as it was bleeding a lot and he finally apologised but nothing more!
