Linda whom I wanted the appointment with wasn't there. Anna was an excellent therapist. The lack of English was a challenge but the other lady helped. Anna is so friendly, smiley and thorough.
The one thing is that their colours do not correspond with the nail swatches, so it took a long time to select a colour.

Had my gel polish removed and nails shaped. Staff was super friendly and she paid so much attention to details. I walked out with my nails cleaned, nicely shaped and my cuticles moisturised. Will definitely be my go to place!

Walking is now painful because two of my toe nails were cut way to short. Two of my finger nails are bleeding too. Shame because the girls were lovely.
