The beautician was lovely. But her boss had not bought her the right wax so she had to use face wax on my bikini and then, bizarrely, she used strip wax on my face and it has taken away the skin on my upper lip, meaning it is raw.

It was my first time here - great experience, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Only wish the pedicure had lasted longer on my nails.
