This salon was janky as hell, and a pedicure that max should’ve taken an hour took over two hours. While my feet look great, it was only after giving the technician direction and instruction. Seats were incredibly uncomfortable, and I think three different people served me because of disorganisation. Finally they added on 5£ to the service to take off shellac (fair enough), but it took them half an hour to do this, as the woman didn’t effectively apply the acetone and foil, when it should be no more than 10 - at the end of the appointment they refused to take a credit card as the manager who needs to approve this doesn’t work on Sunday. I got the impression it was a Russian front. No chance I’ll be coming back
