Not a standard Brazilian wax I was very disappointed with my waxing experience at Coco Chelsea hair and nails. I feel cheated and unsatisfied with the service. I prepaid for a Brazilian wax via Treatwell only to get informed by the beautician at the end of the service that “their version” of a Brazilian wax does not cover perianal. Essentially offering an extended bikini wax for the cost of a Brazilian. I highlighted this and expressed my dissatisfaction to the beautician who responded with a curt response “at least I know now for future bookings.” This is effectively false advertising and I can only forewarn anyone to avoid and certainly do not prepay for this service.
