Unfortunately not a great but terrible experience. Despite having made an appointment, I had to wait 10 min. The therapist then removed much more from my brows despite giving her very specific instruction just to work around my brows’ natural shape. I was in tears after seeing the results. The therapist then refused to apologise and claimed she didnt do anything wrong. All in all, a terrible experience I do not wish upon anyone else

The first time I went there I was user pleased and the manicure lasted for a long time. The second time I went was a bit messy but still happy with the end result.

Just had a wax by Dong. She was great. Really quick and efficient, chatty and the whole thing was done in less than 15 minutes! She’s clearly very experienced and I would definitely go back.
