This was the worst wax I’ve ever had. They hadn’t realised I’d booked so asked me to come back later, which I couldn’t do because it was my lunch break, so she left a lady having a pedicure to wait 10 minutes. She was then clearly rushing, refused to do hot wax for most of it, was extremely rough with me, and switched back to strip wax at the end anyway.
