Been taking my daughter to get her haircut with Coo for over 6 months.
The best review is the size of my daughter's smile after each haircut! Combined with the, because I'm worth actions I catch her doing in front of the mirror for the week after that.
My daughter's quite shy. Coo works very hard to put her at ease and tries to make conversation despite the unresponsive teen in the chair.

Koo was welcoming as always. She shows interest in her customers as well as their hair. She makes suggestions but will always be guided by the customer. She is skillful and always asks if you are happy with the result.
