The salon was impeccably clean and they had great social distancing measures in place. Koo was absolutely brilliant. She advised what would be best for my damaged hair and transformed it. I will definitely be going back regularly.

I have been going to Koo a long time. The experience post COVID-lockdown is of course very different, but Koo has gone out of her way to make her salon feel safe and clean. I've been twice now since measures eased and have felt completely comfortable on both occasions. She's also a really GREAT hairdresser!
