Gigi was very good she gave me ear covers and explained the process and made sure I was happy. Genuine lady no hard sell and made sure I was happy throughout. Great trim too thank you so much. After 3 days I washed my hair so smooth and shiny thanks again Gill (aka cat lady) Gigi and I talked cats😊

it was cut to short so I couldn't get the tongs in my hair and burnt my finger. she backcombed it .i asked what are you doing i don't want it like that she said sorry we were all talking .we were all talking but i did say to the other customers I'm not having like this as it was all sticking up backcombed up .they started laughing
she blow dryer it down a bit. but I was so upset my family couldn't believe it. and i went on holiday like it because there was nothing I could do with it. horrible.
