The best part for me that I look forward to in a hair appointment is the head massage. When washing my hair, Ree massaged my head very lightly only for about 15 seconds, which was disappointing. It's not like we were short of time as we finished 15 mins earlier and I arrived on time. Maybe there was a reason for no head massage.
Otherwise, Ree was great. Really friendly and professional. I was happy with the haircut and I would recommend Ree (already have). Hope to get a head massage next time.
