Everybody at the salon is really nice from the receptionist down to your stylist. The assistants do a great job and are treated with respect by the more senior people - which is an unusual but a very appreciated sight. Rees usually only cuts my hair, but I am so confident in her care of my hair that I was more than happy for her color it. Absolutely sure that she would do a fabulous job, knowing just what I wanted and that is exactly how it turned out!

The experience was okay but I could not recommend nor will be returning. Upon my arrival, never offered a glass of water or drink, rushed to the seat, and overall just felt like a number. The haircut was disappointing and unfortunately lost a lot of length due to poor layering techniques. To be more specific, I asked for a blunt cut with front wispy long bits and I have so much face framing that my long hair doesn’t even start to my ear (and will take months if not years to grow back). Disappointed overall…
