The salon is really nicely done up & clean. As soon as I entered I was greeted and offered a cup of tea or coffee. Cici was amazing. She was so friendly and attentive. Although I have very long hair, she was understanding and didn't make me feel like an annoyance, even though my appointment was at 4pm on a Saturday. She put the massage option on the chair as my hair was washed. I was very happy with the standard of the cut, and would definitely come back again - especially to see CiCi!

Cici was fab!! 100% understood the assignment, and chatted to me beforehand. My hair is shedding a bit and had two new piercings, and both Cici and Ellie were very gentle with washing and cutting. Will be back!
