Incredible job, as per usual. No matter which stylist I’m with, they’re all amazing and Charlotte absolutely knocked it out of the part with my icy, glossy roots. There’s no better place in London for blondes!!!

An amazing experience with Cici, easy to talk to and address any issues. Great customer service, good cut, everyone super friendly and attentive. Separate praise to the massage chairs during the hair wash.
Had a worse experience a while back with hair coloring with a different stylist, but would definitely recommend for hair cuts and blow dry.
Will be coming back for touch ups.
