Cici is absolutely fabulous! Quick but not rushed, very attentive but also respectful and truly considerate with my preferences and wishes! My cut is absolutely SPECTACULAR and the blow dry survived successfully the London grumpy weather, my all day work, gym and steamy shower … with no hairspray at all! To put it simple … Cici is a hair fairy 🧚♀️

Unfortunately, this is a “by the book” place—cut exactly as the picture says, so there cannot be rebuttal. I simply came to acknowledge there was no understanding of face shape & hair texture. For a shoulder length layered cut, I have a “straight line” bob around my *ear-level*, and the 2nd layer is around my shoulders…?!?
I was told I “should communicate.” Respectfully, please ask questions, take the lead. I had asked if all clear, but I am not the expert. Never happened before…!
