Unfortunately, this is a “by the book” place—cut exactly as the picture says, so there cannot be rebuttal. I simply came to acknowledge there was no understanding of face shape & hair texture. For a shoulder length layered cut, I have a “straight line” bob around my *ear-level*, and the 2nd layer is around my shoulders…?!? I was told I “should communicate.” Respectfully, please ask questions, take the lead. I had asked if all clear, but I am not the expert. Never happened before…!
