My hair was not washed properly by one of the assistant The Hairdresser Ricky was totally unable to blow dry curly hair... at some point he disappeared and he left me sitting there until a Lovely Italian man Andrea came to finish the blow dry. if it wasn't for Andrea, my hair would have looked horrendous.
