Absolutely appalling service, do not waste your time and money here. I arrived only 5 minutes late and was not given full treatment. The gel polish was extremely rushed and was done so poorly. The manicurist insisted I only have normal polish although I had gel booked. I had to speak with reception multiple times. They also forgot I had hands and toes booked and blamed me for being late for 5 mins. They took a pre payment and treated me so poorly, I am extremely upset.

Would have loved a head massage at hair washing station but other than that it was perfect. My hair is cut really well and feels so healthy!
