I had a haircut for the first time here and it was truly amazing. Thomas was really experienced and very friendly. It was my birthday too so they even gave me a glass of bubbles! My hair looked great after the cut and the blow dry was exceptional!

Immediately after booking and having paid, they called and asked to cancel as they already are busy. I asked for refund but the lady over the phone said actually wait I maybe have someone for you and asked a junior staff to cut my beloved hair. She did not really care and had no opinion about hair styles and was in a rush to leave the saloon in 30 minutes. Long story short, hair cut was done in 5 minutes with her cutting off half of my hair with a blade and then the blow-dry was so incomplete that someone had to redo it all . My hair is now 10 centimeters shorter with no style. Waste of time and money. I won't go there again.

Really happy with my haircut. Treated to an amazing conditioning treatment as well. My hair hasn’t felt so good in such a long time. Can’t wait to go back. Love this place
