Overall lovely experience I was really satisfied with my hair cut, the salon looks like it's just been upgraded and everyone was very professional and did a good job. The only thing I would improve is a little more interaction between the stylist & customer - either she was very shy or just didn't feel like chatting (& not every customer wants to chat) but a little more social interaction would have made for a much better experience and makes you want to come back again.

Second visit, doesn't disappoint.
Whether you're chatty or introverted, the stylists lovely. Emily cut my hair and was great at understanding what I wanted, even though I know little about hair. The shampoo comes with a massage chair, and the coffee's good, too. Great price for Kensington, easy to get to, and there's a large number of repeat customers.
Highly recommend this salon.
