Helen is the best hairdresser I've had in years, I adore her. Lovely company, and just 100% gets my style/hair type. The after-cut styling is always impeccable too, I end up organising last minute drinks just to show it off.

I had booked a haircut and blow-dry. The hairdresser didn't properly consult me on what I wanted, and cut long layers into my hair (the hair on the top layer were more than 10cm shorter than the longest ones). it wasnt immediately obvious after the blowdry styling she did, but when i had washed my hair, it was obvious this cut doesn't work at all for me. it's now taken me 2 haircuts and getting my hair to shoulder length to get the horrible layers almost out.
