Ordered a Balayage treatment and haircut - when ordering it, it stated 4 hours treatment in total. My stylist came around 15 minutes late and treatment was only 1.45 minutes in total. There wasn't much balayage over the treatment she made - more like just colouring my roots and putting a toner into my hair.
