Helen was very professional and gave me a realistic view of what I could expect from each technique based on my hair which was previously treated. She did a great job having me a natural looking highlight and balayage. Definitely will recommend her as she was very professional and knows her stuff very well.

The venue was clean and relaxing however I felt the treatment wasn’t relaxing at all as Ree was rushing as she has another client in between the treatment. I didn't feel relax at all. I’m yet to find out about the result as I haven’t washed my hair after the treatment but I think it would be good.
