I had accidentally booked a blow dry when I was intending for a haircut. Cobella last minute made an adjustment even though it was on a Sunday evening - very considerate of them. My haircut was a pretty radical change as I cut about 6 inches off. I felt very reassured and absolutely LOVE my new hair :)
