Second time coming to Bex, she is so lovely and takes time with your hair to make sure you’re happy! Such a comfortable lovely atmosphere wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Very quick and efficient haircut. The downside of the experience was the hairwash as it was uncomfortable and wanted it be over asap. The young girl kept leaning onto the sink which kept pressing down onto my shoulders, which lead to very sore shoulders after. The water took awhile to warm up which she did ask if it was warm enough. But by the 3rd time she didn’t ask. Also she didnt clean the back of the throughly as it felt itchy when I got home. Would prefer to keep the service consistent.
