I attended for a complete colour change and felt in very safe hands as Bex explained the process and the importance of balancing care for the hair with the bleaching that would be required.
I was very pleased with the results and my hair still feels in good condition. Bex advised on aftercare for my newly bleached locks which I have followed and been rewarded with my hair staying soft and not too dry.
Bex is easy to talk to and made sure she understood what I was trying to achieve. 🥰
