A series of unfortunate events…got a call 1 hour before the appt asking if I could come 2 hours later because they were busy already. I then get told they haven’t got time to do what I booked and paid for, so I ask to just remove what I had, all while front of house gets her nails fixed by a colleague. Despite paying for BIAB removal and re-application not only I leave with paper thin nails, but I need to pay extra £5 because of misleading service descriptions. Will not be back
