Booked a lash removal through Treatwell and arrived on time. I showed my booking and was told to wait. After around 20 minutes, I was asked to show the booking again and was then told the lash technician wasn’t there and wouldn’t be available for a few hours. I was told to cancel the appointment, which was fine, but I wish I’d been told that when I arrived instead of being left waiting. The whole experience felt unprofessional and poorly organised. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
