She does not knew that what is meaning of " Face facial " . I have got 2 times soap washed , and one time some kind of cream wash. Normally the face wash is " gel wash" , " foam wash, scrub, mask, cleansing, foam wash, skin toner and then beauty cream. This is how been getting treat ment from others skin care. But this one was soap washed and oil massage. I had feelings that she is just good for massage not for skin care. So disappointed because I came from west London
