My nails look fantastic and the process was extremely efficient. BIAB went on really heavy and so it burned under the lamp which it isn't supposed to. I'm worried now for removal and the health of my nails as a result.

I hate that I’m having to leave this review. The tech was so aggressive with pushing and trimming my cuticles that I bled from several toes. I winced and told her it hurt she said “sorry” and continued. It has been two days since I had this pedicure done. Yesterday I could barely walk, it was that painful. Today it’s better but still very sore. I showed my regular manicurist my toes the same day, and she was appalled at the work, saying I’ve been butchered and there’s gel left over on my skin.
