Had prepaid for the appt and went all the way there just to find the venue closed. This happened on Jan 2. They only refunded no compensation whatsoever which is ridiculous as I had organized my day around this - a refund is not enough. I’m happy to delete this review if the salon wouod like to provide a complimentary appointment otherwise it’s extremely disrespectful of a customer’s time
