I felt extremely uncomfortable when I walked in the door, like I wasn't as important as other customers because I was only getting a file and polish change. Considering it was £15 (which is way too expensive for that service), I should have received more respect. The actual treatment was poor as well. I had a few bits of varnish left from my last manicure and they didn't remove it before applying the new varnish. Also they barely filed my nails, just one quick back and forth of the emery board. To top it all of (literally) the varnish was sloppy and I had to ask the manicurist to go back over a few nails because she missed huge spots. By no means did I expect a full manicure, but I expected much more than what I received. I won't be returning.

I’ve been here for the 3rd time and am always happy with the result of my shellac pedicure. The staff are friendly but it’s w little bit more pricey than nearby studios.

Clean & Hygienic, great for walk ins on a Saturday. If I had to gripe on 1 thing all other customers were sat down & reclined within the massage chairs, I wasn't offered this service a tad disappointed.
