The shellac manicure and spa pedicure is not shellac on both - the pedicure is normal polish and they make you pay £14 on top if you want both. Really unclear in the description, while I was there two other women came in in the same situation. It makes the treatment really expensive, which was generally okay. Ambience is pretty bad, I had booked an appointment but people who just walked in ended up getting their nails done before me. Clearly just orientated around money not customer service sadly
