The place was lovely and clean, and they were friendly. However I had to ask my therapist to redo the polish on my toes as she hadn’t pushed back my cuticles and therefore only half of my nail was done.
Felt a little exposed having the treatment on the open floor in front of other clients but the treatment itself was a very good result and I am happy with the finish. The technician didn’t wear gloves which surprised me and was in the middle of tinting her own brows so it felt a little hurried/offhand.
Staff are lovely, I understand my nails are damaged right now so I just had a light manicure. My pedicure was very good, it’s important to tell nail technicians what you want, when I asked them to do it a certain way they did what I said. Thank you
Small but cute salon, lots of building works going on next door which could cause a disturbance, no music or TV to entertain and no small talk either, acrylics are good, nice thickness but edges are a little sloppy and the two layers of polish I received left the nails looking still a little translucent, could've done with an extra coat. Expensive for basic acrylics, but it is London. Nearly all staff left when my nails were drying, I could have walked out but called someone over to check nails were dry, no cuticle oil applied. Overall OK experience for a quick emergency fix, but will not be going back.
