At least the photo is accurate, the big chairs for pedicures are comfy and have massage built in. It’s a matter of fact type of feel, get the job done and they do. I had two therapist do my pedicure and it seemed they changed seamlessly as they were well tuned to the way they worked. It seemed they are busy, my appointment was mid morning and two customers were already there, they had bookings coming in for later that day and a walk-in appointment which was fitted in in their stride. Not sure I’ll go back but that’s not because of something that was done or not.

It was relaxing , however my nail manicure was not that good. It was clean & great nail colours to choose from. Unfortunately I didn't find my nails were that neat.
