I always use this salon as they are the only salon in the area that don't use the electric tool to remove the shellac, they do this by hand. For this reason I will continue to use them as they overall treat your natural nails better. They could soak the nails for a little longer to remove the shellac in the first instance and the service is a little inconsistent as sometimes they're really friendly and welcoming and offer a drink and other times not. They could be better with their schedule also as usually, even if you have booked, you have to wait quite a while to be seen.
