Worst experience ever. The therapist was fully occupied by three clients at the same time and my treatment is carelessly taken care of. My nails were injured because of the poor service. The therapist just stood removing my gel while taking care for her other clients without paying attention to me. Also, the service listed is pretty unclear and misunderstanding which led me paid extra 10 pounds.

I had to wait 5-10 mins before a spot freed up. The person doing my nails did not speak a word with me, but had lots of exchanges in Chinese with her colleagues. She worked very efficiently and quickly, which was nice. Feel it was a bit on the pricier side with £28 for an average or below average experience. I’d recommend Dappermore Ladies, the staff is more attentive and you feel more looked after (and it’s cheaper!).
