Absolutely amazing experience! Viola is so so friendly and she really cares about what you want from your haircut. She took the time to listen to me and also provided her own suggestions, which I thought was lovely. She also took great care when doing the haircut, and blow dry. She even gave me advice on how to maintain the look I want without minimal effort. I really cannot wait to return. Thank you Viola ❤️

Viola was really reassuring of what I wanted, as I explained that I was going to my son's graduation the next day. She gave me a lovely haircut and the end results after the blow dry was sensational. I will definitely be going back for my next haircut.

Viola is such a lovely person and her haircuts are the best. This is my second cut with Viola and I think I've found my new hairdresser in Ealing. She has a really good balance between listening and advising on style 👌🏽

Viola gave me the best haircut and best hair cutting experience I’ve ever had. I’m very self conscious about my hair but she treated me so kindly and was so encouraging. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that, checking with me every step of the way. She’s given me back my confidence and boosted my self esteem. I’m so grateful to her. She is incredibly skilled and gentle. She’s a fantastic listener and a genuinely lovely person. I will only ever go to Viola for haircuts now!
