I went to Viola after a disaster of a haircut from another hair dresser 5 months back. She is a miracle worker. I went with low expectations, because any hair stylist would have to work with the mess already made. But somehow, not only could Viola work on my hair, she even met all of my needs for how I want the hair to look like, and also behave (I have wavy hair that doesn't sit nicely when left open). Really, fantastic job! She is skilled, listens to you, advises if you want to hear & is fun.

When I go to a hairdresser I've never been before, I can't help but feeling nervous as I find it difficult to explain which haircut I want. However, Viola understood it perfectly and I couldn't be happier with my haircut. I'll be back for sure!
