Paid for myself and my mum. Didn't listen to what we wanted (gel nails) and started cutting my mums nails before I stopped him. Used the machine on our nails and damaged them. My gel didn't last a single day before it came away from my natural nail. All my nails have chipped since because they're so weak. First and last visit.
