It was the first time I had bad experience with Treatwell. The place was really bad. The person in the entrance asked me 3 times (not exaggerating) if I already paid. Everyone in this place spoke in Chinese (?) among themselves. Every time the beautician mumbled something, I said "sorry?" thinking she was talking to me, but she was speaking to some other people and just mumbled something back. So this is the ambiance. The actual manicure was bad too. The way they removed my nail polish was through scrapping it really hard from my nails. All previous salons I went to soaked my nails in acetone first. I felt like they really damaged my nails. The colour is not consistent. I had to show 3-4 times when they didn't polish the nail right. I really hated the whole experience.

The staff are very nice and work very quickly - novertheless the job they do is really great! I have been going here for refills every 3 weeks and my nails never break and are always looking good. Recommended!
