The most terrible way of removing shellac, completely ruined my nails and surrounding skin. Incredibly rude staff, they basically could not be bothered to do the manicure professionally or correctly.
I complained to Treatwell and they could not care less either.
Terrible service from both Planet Nails or Treatwell - will not use either again.
