You get what you pay for basically - I went in for a face wax and eyebrow threading and was taken care of immediately - in fact I was done in 20 mins. Not really friendly or welcoming but rather straight and directly to the point staff. Face was a bit sore cos of the speed of the wax but overall it's fine if you're in a hurry and want a quick convenient treatment
