Please do not go to this salon. I had a shallac manicure which on the second day changed colour from a subtle mauve to a very bright aqua blue!!! I was very disappointed but was going to cut my losses until day 6 when the vanish was literally peeling off. So I went back to Planet Nails to explain politely that I wasn't happy. The manager was so rude, she accused me of lying and that I had changed the colour myself! I was shouted at, belittled in front of all the other customers made to feel like a crook! I was then told to wait and was ignored, people arriving after me were seen ahead of me. I was physically shaking. All the other staff were hostile towards me also. It was the most uncomfortable experience. I will never go back. On a positive note they did rectify my nails (begrudgingly) however I noticed they cleverly used a different polish this time... So the colour probably won't change like the first time but that's not because I was lying! Horrendous experience!

Was a good expirence over all, been here many times before and it's always been very pleasnt :) only down fall was nails only lasted a week and half then started chipping
