It would be better if they kept to appointment times. You shouldn't have to wait passed your appointment time because they have said yes to too many people.

Been to Planet Nails several times before - staff are lovely, the place itself no frills and you get what you pay for. I absolutely love the fact that everything was done by a hand file rather than an electric file - however I always seem to come out with very round nails, as opposed to the more square/straight shape i request. The shellac is slightly messy around the edges, but still good value for £25 ! will definitely come back
