Massively rushed job, watched the technician dilute the nail polish 3 separate times in the course of a mani/pedi. Shaped the nails unevenly and had to ask her to fix it. Cut my cuticle back on one nail too short and it bled, no apology or acknowledgement of that from her! Would NOT recommend.
