The guy who did my nail could do basic job filing nails but couldn't understand what I was asking for, my nails length is unequal the shape is not what I wanted, I had booked for refill, he file it so much that I had to take then off and had to have a new one with short nails and had to pay him 10£extras!! So upsetting, very unprofessional telling me he was tired because he had a long day!? I won't go back for my acrylic, they probably offer a fair deal on basic painting, but when it comes for repairing frozen nails acrylic and refill, you take it as your own risk , rather pay a bit more and having so professionalism!
