I booked an appointment for 1pm on my lunch break which I only have 1 hour for, I arrived at 13:00pm and they told me I would be waiting 10 minutes meaning I was 10/15 minutes late back to the office.
The acrylics cost me £23 and I got them done on Thursday 29th December and 3 days later I am down to only 7 nails. Not only have 3 nails come off,they have actually snapped in half leaving half the acrylic overlay still on my hand.They are so weak I think I could snap them off pretty easily. 3 nails fell off whilst I was literally sat watching tv. I will be going back to Planet nails today for a refund!
