Real shame. Having been a few times, this time was terrible. some school kids caused disruption and refused to leave (which wasn't the staff's fault, but affected the experience). and after only 3 days, my gels have turned a green colour (they were lilac) which hasn't ever happened before.

Booked my appointment for 5:20pm got seen at 5:45 so was not too happy with that, however when I did get seen, although my nails were done well, the left set is shorter than the right. It's a balancing act with this salon, good quality, but a bit rushed so small mistakes are made. I suggest book before 5pm to get a quality service.
