They usually do a good job but this time when the girl was 1/2 way through my nails she told me to look at colours I wanted to then leave me and do someone's eyebrows. I had to wait over 20 minutes until another member of staff came and finished my nails. They were not of the usual high standard. disappointed as this is usually such a good place to go to

They were really accommodating as I had to reschedule the appt few times during the day. However the manicure seemed to be hastily done. It looks ok so far but I have a feeling it might start chipping soon.
